Booking Terms: All TNX adventures are subject to Arctic weather conditions. Bookings are confirmed upon payment and can be rescheduled or refunded if conditions are deemed unsafe by our guides. Premium equipment is included in all packages.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled experience are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled experience are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience are non-refundable.

If an experience is cancelled by True North Experience due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund.
